Memories, no matter what they say, will eventually fade away. In my case, whenever the process begins I’ll try my best to resist it. These are the very last photographs I’ve taken of my beloved university campus, BUET. Stay lively, jolly and beautiful as ever…!
The series continues from where it left.
It’ll be continued…
Finally, our ways parted. The moments can no longer linger, except in my memory palace. These memories, these moments would be the crowing jewels of all.
The streets of Dhaka city are not only about extremely contrasty light and shadows. Each street creates thousands of new stories, good deeds, act of kindness, lies, crimes and so on.
A very few number of these stories make their way to newspaper or to the lenses of contrast seekers. Some are noticed by the surrounded passers-by, and some are completely unnoticed and ignored.
This little endeavor of mine is to present some of the unnoticed and willingly ignored scenes with stories, which people usually don’t want to hear in Bangladesh.
When I was preparing this post, I was not in a good state of mind. So, pardon me if my lines hurt your feelings.
In this wonderful world, some people are like open books. They want others to know about themselves. All you’ve got to do is to read. And there are these introvert, solitude freak-ish persons who prefer to keep themselves in secret zone.
When it comes to categorize myself, it becomes a bit critical. I am neither an open book nor a locked one. Some pages are full of colors, some are just laying empty. Perhaps, the seemingly empty ones are written with invisible ink, waiting to be discovered someday…
সবই ক্ষয়ে যাবে, মরে যাবে, পচে যাবে। থেকে যাবে আত্মা, গুমরে গুমরে কেঁদে যাবে – একাকী।
Friends play a vital role in shaping a man’s life. From small fragments of fun to important decisions of life, friends are involved in most of them.
I, being a lone runner most of the time, too had the luck to have some friends in my life. Though small in number, yet they are of apex importance. I didn’t have the luck to take decent photographs of some other buddies of mine, But surely I’ll take their photos in the near future.
